Can I blank the screen from Logmein Rescue just like Log Me In, how can I do that and what is the requirements for that

You can't do it from the console, you do it after connecting to client.

I meant Log Me In Rescue not the normal Log Me In, in the rescue technician console there is no option menu....

It's the same process. You blank it after connection to logmein client:

Options/Blank Screen
