I am having problems with setting the screen recordings folder.
Following the documentation here, I set a default folder in the settings for our one and only technician group. Save changes, record a session, and nothing appears in that folder.
Plan B is to set the folder after starting a rescue session from the toolbar with 'Select screen recordings folder'. Then I record the session and again nothing appears in the folder. However, recording the next session saves a file in the specified folder.
So if we want to record a session we set the folder, then ask the customer to close the current session and start a new one? Surely others are using this successfully and I'm doing something wrong.
