Hi, while connecting to computers on our LAN everything is good, but we do have a few sites with high speed internet only that I have problems with. From their end everything looks good, but while connecting it seems OK, while in remote control session if I click on something the screen does not refresh until the session stops and I have to restart it.
On the system info tab, I can bring up the Dashboard info no problem, but the Processes or Services tab almost never work. Different computers, different sites in different cities, thought it was one computer at first but it is not the case.
This issue started last week at a few sites and I still get the same results. To me it sounds like a bad internet connection but apparently their internet works no problem. Does anybody else experience this?
