When customers call and talk to a technician, the technician will login to the customer's system. If the technician needs assistance, they will click Invite Technician and invite someone else to help out. But the second technician does not actually ever talk to the customer. Only the first technician talks directly with the customer.
The Customer Survey report is showing the second technician's name instead of the original technician's name. This is a problem because some of the questions are related to the technician's behavior on the phone, so we are getting incorrect survey information.
If we have 3 technicians involved in a session, the last technician to join is the one reported in the survey.
