Logmein rescue client has become stuck on a client machine running windows 7. This has occurred after doing a safe boot, running combofix, which always disconnects me. After combofix finished I instructed the customer to restart in normal mode, then reclick my logmein rescue icon on her desktop. Before she could do that, the app tried to start itself, but hung with a grey screen. I instructed my client to stop the app using task manager, but it restarts itself immediately. Is there a command line command that I can use to stop this?
