We have a cleint that installed LMI Rescue UA and connectivity to this machine worked fine. Now there are issues, after selecting the machine from the list of computers and then entering in user name/password information the system states it is connecting - when you toggle over to the tech console, it states it is connecting than after serveral minutes the entry is no longer in the tech console and a connection is never established, has anyone experienced this issue and what was done to correct it.
