Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any info on LMI Rescue accessing a Windows 8 machine where the remote user cannot access certain areas, such as control panel, snap in consoles and some windows etc.
When we connect to a Win 8 PC we see the red error message in the technician console to say "User account control (UAC) is enabled" when in fact it isnt, but something is still restricting access to the remote user.
We often have to ask the local user to click through certain screens to assist.
Any ideas?
