Almost every time I log into gotomypc about 5 minutes into my session the keyboard starts to not work properly, its as if the keys don't correspond correctly all of a sudden. This happens every time i log in and I have to disconnect and re-connect in order to fix it. Anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

I have been using the same laptop computer to log in for years. Last week, I started getting an error message that GOTOMYPC is unavailable and I should try back later. However, when I use my desktop computer I can get in automatically. What setting should I check on my laptop?
If the GoToMyPC software is not updated by Dec. 5th on the Host PC, will there be a problem when accessing remotely?
