I have a 2 computer subscription, but on 1 of the computers gotomypc continually deletes itself. I can download it again but as soon as my computer reboots it gets deleted. Does anybody have any ideas what I can do ?

Host PC Locks When Mouse is Moved. My user can connect to gotomypc, gets into his host computer (Win10 x64), and can use the keyboard. I recently began using GoToMyPC, a co-worker informed me that he was able to see one of my screens while I was remotely connected. The primary screen was blanked out, but the secondary screen was not. Is there a setting that I have overlooked to also blank out the secondary screen?
