This happens randomly. I have dual monitors at host computer and dual monitors at remote computer. When I log in and hit dual monitors, sometimes my two monitors come up perfect without issue. Other times when I hit dual monitors, I get one monitor screen split over two monitors. The icons are huge and you can't use either…
Several times now when I'm attempting to help a user install and configure GTMPC on their workstation, we get a "service current unavailable. We are working now to resolve the issue" message. Anyone else get this? And where can I just download an offline installer to avoid this? This is incredibly frustrating.
After logging in to the website using credentials I face an error with a pop-up that reads: "Setup Error - GoToMyPC Sorry, GoToMyPC Setup could not be started [2]. Please install GoToMyPC by clicking either the 'Add Computer' button or 'Reinstall Host Software' link on the web page." I have a PC with a version of Windows…
dont see any tools to remove my account from . Any idea?
I'd like to submit this as a suggestion for a future update to the GoToMyPC Client App (https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomypc/help/what-you-have-to-know-about-the-gotomypc-client-app). In our corporate environment, with SSO enabled, we are unable to utilize the GoToMyPC Client App because there is no option for SSO…
Been having the same issue since yesterday. Will be working remotely and then disconnected and cannot connect (waiting for the host computer to connect) until someone restarts the host computer. It shows the computer is online but can't reconnect. I was just working for an hour and a half no issues then got disconnected.…
My old post on this topic has been deleted, but the issue continues, so ... On Win 10 Pro in a Dell Optiplex 7060 at work, my company installed GoToMyPC so I could access this work computer from home or elsewhere, and I really like GTMP. However, in that PC's Event Viewer, there is an Error for the process g2avrs.exe…
Been using and liking GTMP for a while - my company gave it to me so that my office PC is a host, and I can see it from home using the GTMP client app. Very nice. Just discovered the syncing files feature. Some basic questions: * At home, does the GTMP client app have to be running for the sync feature to work? Or does…
When I run GTMP on my MacBook Pro (client) to connect to my office PC running Win10Pro with Office 2016 (host), it's quite hard to use the MacBook Pro keyboard to do things on my office PC or in its Word 2016. I am badly hampered by the lack of a "full" keyboard (with number pad on the right) on the MacBook, and the usual…
I tried to connect to a remote computer using GoToMyPC, which usually works without a problem. Today, I got a Security Alert: Unable to determine if the security certificate for download server launch.getgo.com has been revoked? Do you want to download from this server? Is there some problem with the certificate?
