When granting access to Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions, Please note Mac OS 13 Ventura has updated the Privacy and Security appearance. In System Preferences, open Privacy & Security. Under Privacy you will find Microphone, Camera, and Screen Recording. There you will be able to grant access.
