In the past if I acquired more contacts in my phone, I would sync them in with the grasshopper app but it would created duplicates of all my existing ones that were already there. Now I need to cleanup all of them and with 1,000 of them now, it is time consuming. There is some way this should be prevented.

Enhance Grasshopper mobile and desktop apps to have the ability to park calls in waiting extensions and place an active call on hold and park. Also, the ability to pick up a parked call from an extension.
Currently hold music only plays when forwarding a call to an extension whether it's from the auto attendant or a call transfer. When a call is just put on hold music does not play. It should be an option we can turn on for each number and/or extension. All other VOIP systems I have worked with do this.
