Enhance Grasshopper to place an active call on hold to dial additional callers to join as a conference call. Also, the ability to place an active conference call on hold to page an extension on the plan.
Enhance Grasshopper mobile and desktop apps to have the ability to park calls in waiting extensions and place an active call on hold and park. Also, the ability to pick up a parked call from an extension.
Currently hold music only plays when forwarding a call to an extension whether it's from the auto attendant or a call transfer. When a call is just put on hold music does not play. It should be an option we can turn on for each number and/or extension. All other VOIP systems I have worked with do this.
I want to be able to save the customer name at the windows app. I am looking for the option on Windows computer and I can't find it and it will be a great idea.

I and my users don’t like getting the one time password through email when logging in. Most phones have either fingerprint and/or FaceID built in. Can there be an option to allow that for each device to login instead of emailing the password?
I know currently we cannot leave messages when our away message is activated, I would like to be able to turn this feature on. This way after hours our customers can leave a message without waiting for a transfer then waiting on hold for 5 seconds then get a random message then leave a message. Thanks, Brian
