We sadly might be canceling our Grasshopper account after 7 or so years due to Grasshopper being a bit behind on some features that other competitors have. The main one that would probably keep us as clients and would be a HUGE help for us (and I'm guessing all other clients as well) is a "saved replies" option for text messages. With this feature you could save some of your most commonly used text replies that you send to customers to your grasshopper account, so that instead of constantly typing the same reply to people all the time, you could pull up your saved replies, click on the one you want, and send that instead of typing it all out.
Almost every customer service communication platform has this feature except Grasshopper, which is a major flaw. A LOT of our customer communication is done via text so it would save our employees multiple hours of time if you all had this feature.
Please see attached for examples of the 3 other communication platforms we use that all have this feature. When you are texting a customer back, you simply click the icon that I circled in the photos attached, choose the reply you want to use, and then you can make additional edits or send it as is and you are done! It is a VERY common feature and it is honestly shocking that grasshopper still does not have this.
If this is something you will consider implementing please let us know. Otherwise we will likely cancel our account in the next couple months to use a company that has this option :(
