Hello All, I have about 32 users connected and want to change the network type. I did not see anything about changing it, but is there a way to move everyone disconnect and reconnect them, with out having an issue with subscription. Thanks
My old 2011 MacBook Pro connects to host PC with absolutely no lag, yet brand new iMac connection is extremely sluggish. Same Wifi, same location to router. Very frustrating as would prefer using iMac. I saw someone else post about this in April but didn't see any responses....
My host machine automatically updated to Windows 10 Version 2004 yesterday, when I used my remote machine to login to the host machine, the host machine asked me to enter the Windows credential again, why is the case since I never change my Windows credential?
When I restart the host machine it freezes it and I then have to have someone manually restart the host. this doesn't happen if the machine is restarted locally

Why is logmein hiding their software? It shouldn't be this hard to disable automatic start up. I just formatted my computer as…
With every click on anything, the screen refreshes.

When he tries to print from the remote session it prints double sided with no options to change it. This is printing to an HP printer and the local computer has the proper…
