Good Afternoon All,
I am trying out the Rescue to see if my company would have a need for it. One issue I am having is losing connection when trying to switch to a user that has admin rights. I have run the Rescue Applet as a Windows System Service, and for the most part I have good luck with switching to a different user. Some machines seem to have an issue with this though. I switch user and I lose connection. The only way to get connection back in is having the user log themselves back in.
Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated. I really like this product and would like to purchase it. This is the biggest issue I have found myself having and I hope it can be resolved.
