I sent this to support, but my answer was just a cut and paste from the website that I had already looked at.
I have always printed on my printer with no problems, but unfortunately I had to install a different printer and now when I log on to the other computer, it does not recognize the new printer. I have rebooted both computers and have logged on with firefox and chrome with no results. When I go to the toolbar at the top, printer is not an option. Very frustrating since it worked great before. both computers use windows 7, it says pro when I am logged in.
Any help would be great.
