I am hoping someone can answer what is the best way to handled technicians that no longer use LMI rescue? Do you normally delete them or just disabled their accounts? What is the difference? If I disable an account I can still see the technician in the group but he/she cannot not log in. If I delete the technician I no longer see that person name in the group. Does that mean all records of that technician are gone. Can I still run reports on that person?
How long is data kept in LMI? How far back can I go if I want to run reports?
Any answers would be much appreciated,
