My brother added our father's machine as a host on his existing account last year. He no longer requires access, but now I do. I have my own pro account running a single host. Dad still has the lmi software installed. When I click on my "add a computer" button, all I get is the try or buy screen. Dad is not especially computer literate, but neither my brother nor I can get to Dad's machine (1000 miles away).
