general logme in. On home page no computers show up.
In this situations, please open up the Developer Console for whatever browser this is appearing on. (F12 key on keyboard)
Then Force Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5)
Take a screenshot of the Developer Console, with the Blank Central Page in view as well. Lastly, please click on the page a grab the Source Code (View Source, Page Source, etc.)
Once you have both of these, please submit a support ticket, or contact our support lines, and be ready with those files.
