Screen display scaling issue

Just started my Pro Trial and it does exactly what I want. But like many apps, the display of the menu does not scale to my 3200 x 1600 Yoga display.

I can scale the remote desktop pretty well, it's the Logmein client that has menu options the size of spider mites.

Reducing my screen resolution is the obvious but very unfriendly answer. For example, then the other options in the Dashboard become unworkable.

Just thought I'd pass that along.

LogMeIn is ignoring this issue and it stinks I will not recomend logmein to anymore clients. So many people are useing 1920x1080 now days and for some reason LogMeIn won't fix this issue and is ignoring questions on it as well. So much for support with a product they sell.

The posts in this thread go back over a year and a half. Will this ever be fixed? I hate paying for a partially functioning service. I literally don't do remote desktop functions anymore because of this. I end up doing file management instead which doesn't allow me to do everything of course.

I'm chiming in as well. Had this problem where when your customer's screen is scaled at 125%, 150% and 200%, my cursor is not lined up with their desktop. This started since I bought my ThinkPad Yoga 12.

I'm having the same problem. Client screen is extremely tiny on the machine I'm remoting from. I can't read, much less use it. Any workarounds? Like others, having this problem ever since I got a Yoga 2 Pro.

This is still happening, I have a Zenbook with the 3200x1800 display. Any LMI Employees know if or when there will be a fix for this? I realize you can manualy zoom but that is hardly ideal, especially when I can bearly see the controls on the 13 inch display... the Flash plugin does scale propery, the controls and everything, but since they switched to using the client app it auto launches that instead of letting you choose which method you want to use....

Similar issue here. Bought new Yoga 2 Pro to work while travelling on business and then found Logmein is unusable as it does not scale. I have reduced resolution on the Yoga to 1900 or even 1024 but the Logmein client app (Firefox) doesn't detect that and still displays in 3200 so the remote server is too small to even read.

Big problem as means cant use Yoga at all for any work while on the road.

This was first reported in Feb so why no fix yet????????????

Same here. If logmein can fix this issue with the yoga 2 pro, that would be great.

I've been using Pro for a couple years, and haven't had this problem until I upgraded my laptop to a Lenovo Yoga Pro. The "scale to fit" button does not appear to work. The only workaround is to manually zoom the display until it fits the Yoga display. Very annoying.
