When trying to access computers from a mac I get the error, "there is no application set to open the URL logmein:// server-xxxx." I need to figure out if this is an error on the client side or on my side trying to access and resolve it. My customer support is limited to a windows 8.1 VM until I get this resolved.
Uh-oh--I'm in the wrong thread. The LogMeIn Client starts--but goes nowhere.
I could have written the posts on this issue: I used LogMeIn free --and loved it. Now I've paid and I can't connect remotely. Nothing.
I am using a MacBookAir Mavericks to connect remotedly to a Windows 7 PC. The client opens, but when I click on the 'window' icon, another window opens and immediately crashes. It does the same then when connecting Mac-to-Mac.
I am more than extremely disappointed.
Same problem here - new istall on Mac OS X 10.9.1 Mavericks. LogMeIn has been a nightmare recently - what are you doing?
