New Windows 7-64 Bit Machines will only connect through PIN

We are currently updating our Windows Xp machines to Windows 7-64bit. We are now having issues with the Logmein on the Windows 7 machines.

With the Windows XP, we can connect through using a Pin number or choosing the Orange Computer button.

Now with Windows 7, if I Choose the Orange Button, I can type in the name and see it listed, but when I start the session it says "failed to start the session with this device".

Any suggestions?
