I have tried the app in chrome and firefox and it just freezes up everytime I use it. Free was so much better, never had this problem. Now I am paying customer and regretting it. Hope logmein can help me out with this or I going to teamviewer!

I have the same problem. Paid for Pro after free went dark because free worked perfectly. Nothing but problems with Pro. Constant freezees. What do I need to do to fix this?
