Hello
I have realized that since I changed from the free version to the pro, the remote computer responds very slow, at times, frustrating. There is some type of configuration that you go more quickly.
Thank you.
I am so sick and tired of the Pro version. It's slow, constant lockups. It should be called the Click and Wait version. What a joke. The Free version worked perfectly. Now I pay for this bloated piece of garbage and it is almost useless. Don't get sucked into the Pro version. It's horrible.
I have been tryint go tLMI to address this and other problems.
I tried Splashdesk. It works when LMI kocks up and comes to a screeching halt.
It is 60 bucks a year for unlimited computers. But will not install on Legacy machines either.
Seems like this forum is just for ranting customers. LMI does not seem to care what is said here.
The very same in here too, worst, log me in is not replying to my queries and not willing to provide any usable solution to have this resolved. One of the worst support ever.
I don't think it is the upgrade that is the problem. I have been using pro for years and suddenly it is very slow to unable to connect. I have tried both Chrome and IE, and the same results. I guess I will have to start looking for a new vendor as I use this for business and this is unacceptable.
WHERE ARE THE ADMIN ? :smileymad:
Yep, we have paid for a service that is now slower and the stupid Chrome app has to re-download for every single session.
Same here, I thought PRO was suppose to be faster. There is a terrible lag like its due to a poor connection. I have ruled this out by connecting my laptop to my home pc where I have 15mb line and just doing basic tasks. PLEASE either fix the issue or tell us were idiots and that we have to fix our setting for PRO use.
I have the same issue since I have upgraded to Pro, and why does Google Chrome have to launch an external application??? Someone please advise.
I have noticed the same thing. I just upgraded yesterday and am finding it very frustrating trying to do anything on the remote computers.
