Please help as I've been going round in circles for hours. My free version has expired and I am not taking up the Pro free trial. I've used my second email address to create a new account and easily added my desktop computer and my netbook to my new logmein.com free trial account.
However, I can't for the life of me add my laptop. I keep installing it and it says I already have it installed so I uninstall it and reinstall it. Then it takes me as far a saying my laptop will be attached to my new email address account (which I want) ..... but when I click Continue it says "Error occurred setting the license. This computer has used its trial" (even though the subscription page says Pro Trial till Feb 2014.
It's really frustrating as my other 2 pc's so straight forward to include in this trial even though they were part of my previous email account's free version.
The worst thing is I can't now access my elderly father in law's PC to sort out problems. I have tried to talk him through adding his computer to my new email address account and he's getting the same circle of doom as I am with my laptop. Why won't they simply add themselves on??
Why can't either be added to my new email address account when all the others have added easily?
