I upgraded to logmeinpro the other day. Since then my main work computer hasn't worked. Turns out the version of Windows I'm running is not supported. I picked this computer and another as my 2 for logmein pro. I have one still showing in my free account that would work. How do I make it the one I want to use instead of the work computer?
I too upgraded from free to Pro with the intent of adding a second computer to the list of remotely accessed machines. The system still 'works' but when I ask to access the original and only computer on the account, the system makes me download and run the application each time. After the 'firedrill' the system performs as it used to but it's a bit tiresome to download and run the app each time. I tried storing the app and running it manually after the browser asks for it . . . but no . . . it seems to want/need a fresh download/run action each time.
Any suggestions?
I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it said it was due to the version of Windows. That's fine, but my back up computer at work needs to now be my main computer.
I have exactly the same problem. Because I have found the service useful, I upgrade to pro, but at that moment, both my host computers show as offline, even though I verified it had a good internet connection. Why as soon as you purchase pro, are the connections to the hosts immediately lost?
