I am in India and in years past LogMeIn worked just FINE!!! I have a lot of work to accomplish and am now stiffled by PRO. I have been trying for the past 30 minutes to successfully get to my CPU and cannot. I have tried acceswsing same without download as directed. Download only achieved 45% then stopped. I tried again. Same result. I had asked before I left about this eventuality and NEVER received a reply from Customner Service. As far as I am now concerned, I have been taken for a ride being forced to upgrade to PRO. I was able to use PRO while at home. I am totally stuck, frustrated and angry with LogMeIn and whomever can rest assured that LogMeIn will be duly noted in Social Media as problematical at best, ineffective at worst.
