To Developers, Product Owners, Managers, CEO, Whoever will read this message.
Please note there is a BUG in LogMe in Remote. I am a paying customer and this bug has existed for a LONG LONG TIME, it has been driving me crazy. It has come to the point where I have to post a message. And Hopefully you'll see this and take action.
I have taken the necessary steps to identify the bug for you!
To reproduce the bug login to any windows OS computer via LogMeIn Remote.
- Next try to open another RDP session and open the command prompt and start typing in the command prompt. It usually disconnect when you press Enter or when you are authenticating to network from command prompt.
- OR you can re-produce the same bug if you try to use VMWare vCenter Console Session. As soon as you go into any VM Console session and you try to type it DISCONNECTS.
So the problem occurs when you remotely connect to another computer from your main computer weather it's RDP or vcenter console. It's very annoying and it's impossible to work this way.
