Problems with Rescue win7 and winxp

Hi ,is anybody having the same problems:

unattended not clearing after being revoked e.g. services, lmi tmp files.winxp and win7
the client console will not minimise. win7

Tech Console running on windows 8.1.

I am unsure if its my end or their end, causing the probs. Treated their pc's for malware.

This is the first time i have ever had major problems with logmein rescue. I have subscribed for years.

You should mail to the logmein administrator, there is noone and it seems like support sleep

After a lot of time wasted i have got the logmein pro to install on the customers pc using the logmein install file on this post

Unattendeded still doesnt work though, so i can only assume its the same reason:( How am i going to support my customers with older pc's ???
