Been running LogMeIn Pro for several years on approx many mahcines. Been very happy with LogMeIn and love the product line. We have had almost no issues, until recently. On all of our Win7 Pro machines, LogMeIn crashes constantly upon connection. Once connected it is fine, unless you switch between RemoteControl and FileViewer, etc... The logs (both LogMeIn and Windows EventLog) indicate the issue is within ntdll.dll. LogMeIn support helped up to that point and then offered no futher assitance. this is happening on fresh clean Windows 7 Pro installs on new Dell computers. It does restart after about 2 minutes and 1/3 of the time we can connect, the other times it crashes again. Eventually we can get onto the machine, but sometimes that's after 5 minutes - and we only connect when there is problem that needs attention immediately - so this is a major problem.
LogMeIn support basically pointed us to a google search telling people how to deal with ntdll.dll issues. Since it is running new hardware, with new windows builds, and on several machines, all crashing, it is not likely that is it a hardware probelm - though I admit it could be some kind of driver issue. We've tried disabling everything from Aero, Sound (removed the sound drvivers, driver sharing, graphics acceltation, etc...)
I searched the web and could not find that many references to LogMeIn and ntdll.dll. Is anyone else experiencing this?
