I'm placing this message to all of you since LogMeIn support keeps replying to copy pasted content from their website to please check your connection speed and etc.
I have two very fast locations using MAC, over 100Mbit/sec upload and download and ping is very fast. All of a sudden remote speed is extremely slow. No installs were made, screen resolution is set to automatic, but no matter if you set it to low manually, the same crappy speed.
2. the always self installing remote log me in app installs itself every time, very annoying
3. I can not contact support at all as my local line hangs up on me once I chose the desired number. I tried from 4 numbers of mine, so the problem is with log me in. Their crappy answer was to check if I dialed the good number....
