When we set up unattended access we can see it in our computer list, but the Mac will not allow us to log on. Does anyone know any settings that need to be set on the Mac that will allow this connection to happen?
This has been a problem for a while with the mac version of the client. I've been using for almost a year and it seems that there are still issues with making a reliable connection to the unattended access client on mac.
Last I heard from tech support they had fixed the problem in 10.7+ but I'm on here today because i lost a session to a Mac 10.8.5 server last night during a support call and have not been able to reconnect yet, and the secondary imac, version unknown would also not reconnect. Though both are listed as online.
LMR needs to get this **bleep** sorted out son.
