I apologize if this question was asked somwhere else, but I did try to find.
I am able to connect to 2 computers' dashboard, but an not able to use the Remote Control. All other computers work just fine. See below for the details:

Two computers that I cannot remote are as follows:
computer #1 has windows 7 ultimate x64 edition 6.1 (build:7601) service pack 1
computer #2 has windows xp professional 5.1 (build:2600) service pack 3
I have multiple computers that have the same OS's that work just fine.
all computers have Avast and MS Essentials.
