I love that we can add and remove users from the LogMeIn Pro Dashboard, but if I could have one really awesome new feature, it would be simply changing the acocunt type from the Dashboard as well.
Our company has more than 20 offices, with one central IT department. Each office has local admins, who tend to either not care or not pay attention, and will swt new users up as admin account on their local PCs.
I find that I often have to log into the computer, go into the control panel, and switch the user accounts every time a new staff member is hired. Changing the account type from the dashboard would save me so much time.
