Upgrade of LogMeIn client - nstill showing as LMI Free

Hi,

I have a client PC that when I upgrade subscription from LMI free to LMI pro, it still shows up as LMI free when I connect.

When I look from the home screen, the PC says "Pro - Online. In Session". But when i connect (i want to do a file transfer) it still says it is LMI Free. I have removed the pro subscription and reapplied, but still no joy....
