The Calling Card is failing at two of our customers' sites with these messages :
"The Calling Card is not installed" (when it is) or
"Invalid certificate error" or
"Unpublish site"
We unistall their Calling Cards and reinstall them (we've downloaded and installed and reinstalled the .msi from our own website and from logmein123.com) but at one site it simply refuses to work and at the other it works for about two weeks and then it halts again and they cannot get access.
Can anyone tell me how we solve this and what these messages mean ? These customers are becoming irate and are demanding answers but since this is not our product we don't know how to troubleshoot this.
