I upgraded to the latest Logmein Rescue Technician app, 7.5x.
On launching a tearaway session, LMIR crashes completely. This happens when a tearaway session is dragged from one screen to another, and even when a tearaway session is slightly dragged on the same monitor. Rebooted system, same problem several times.
Completely uninstalled LMIR, cleared all installation folders & caches, then performed a clean install of the latest version. Same behaviour as before – instant crash to desktop the moment a tearaway is attempted.
Removed new version & installed previous version (7.4.2170) and tearaway sessions work fine.
System runs an Nvidia GEForce display card, latest drivers, latest MS patches as of 13 Nov 2014.
Any suggestions?
