Using Chrome, NOT in incognito mode and with cookies enabled. Same thing happens in Firefox and Safari.
No matter how many times I reinstall the client /desktop app, I get the message below. And I am only able to use the feature limited browser version as the LogMeInClient is unresponsive.
I am on a MacBook Pro running 10.9.1
I am a paying Pro customer and would like full access to the features. Please help. Thanks.

1. Maybe Chrome is waiting for your permission to start the application?Check your desktop for the External Protocol Request dialog box.
The LogMeIn Client should be selected already. Select the Remember my choice option then click Launch Application.
3. Run downloaded appCan't find it? Press SHIFT+CMD+J to view recent downloads!
Alternatively, start feature-limited session in Chrome.
