"Launch Remote Control Session" Won't Become Active

When I am trying to connect to a customer, everything works just fine until it comes time to click the "Launch Remote Control Session" button. It will remain grayed out, but nothing comes up on the customer's side either. I have connected with this customer on numerous occasions in the past. They just started filtering URL's on their network, but they enabled logmein.com.

What are they using to filter URL's? We have a similar issue but it's specific to Macs connecting to our Win7 PC's. Once we place the user in a bypass group, the issue disappears. Very sporadic...so tough to troubleshoot.
