'Disconnected' Error

Since about Thursday of last week, I haven't been able to access my computers. All of them that I attempt to access immediately returns a 'Disconnected', error, 'Your connection to the remote computer has been lost.'

I am using the, 'feature-limited session in Chrome'.

Is anybody else having these challenges?

We are using AVG INternet SBE and had the same issue.

Open AVG got to Options, than Advanced settings, scroll down to Web Browsing Protection, UN-TICK ONLINE -Sheild proTecTion...........check apply and OK.

In this string or in another string, someone suggested deleting an AVG program. I haven't checked the computer yet that is throwing me off (as it is in a remote location - hence the need for logmein) to see if it has that software on it. Check yours, though, as removing that software conflict helped a few others out.

I have been experiencing the same problem and it continues today, 1/7/2015. Any fix?

Same here, but I have no solution yet. Importantly, perhaps, I CAN log in fine and control my other computers. It is only happening with one of my computers but not the others.
