Can't select icons / w8

Hello,

I installed a trial version of logmein so I can test first.

Installing was no problem ....

I can connect to it .. move the mouse ... but i can't klik anything. Like the screen is a screenshot instead off a desktop. Hitting start won't work ... sent ctrl alt del does work .......

Tried it with firefox en IE.

My laptop to take over is windows 8.1, laptop what I use is windows 8.1 pro.

Thx for the support.

But i found the 'problem'.

If the laptop is open I can use logmein normal, but if I close the laptop (i made it keep running and not go to hybernation) I can't work on it.
