I sent a ticket 3 days ago about an issue and I have received no response. We have an issue that one of our remote computers won't close the session when we disconnect and so future attempts to connect fail, unless the user restarts the computer.a
Same problem...
Yes, I've tried that and it worked for a while and now it's broken again.
I had to have the issue escalated with support - their first response was just have the user restart the computer. This is their current recommendation (which I have not tried yet):
"I apologize for the frustration this issue is causing you. Since this host machine has started having problems with releasing the remote session, have you tried completely reinstalling the LogMeIn software on the host? With issues like this, it's best to completely uninstall the LogMeIn program, reboot the machine, and then re-add the machine to the account so that it will have a fresh copy of the latest version of LogMeIn installed. Please let me know if you continue to see this issue after reinstalling."
I have the same issue. I use the desktop mac app on my macair to log into a distant MacPro. When finished, I log out of the desktop app: File> Log out. When the user of the distant MacProtries to use the MacPro - he finds it frozen and can't do anything on that Computer until he restarts it.
I can access another MacMini in the same office netork and this does not happen.
Any ideas?
