XP

Trying to install remote access software on an Xp machine. Logmein thinks there is no internet access (but there is...)and freaks.

Any suggestions?

No help. Does any body at LMI have an ideas?? Unbelievably pathetic service from LMI.

Could it be you're having the same problem mentioned in this thread in the Ignition forum?

See the solution given by TeeJay. It was the only thing that worked for me too anyway.
