Submitted a ticket since 24/7 support is closed. Did someone not tell them that this is no longer freeware?
PC says banned. I need to access it. No info in FAQ's. No info in forums. Lots of new confusing products being launched. Are you guys using the AOL playbook there and hoping for a better outcome?
PLEASE don't fade off into obscurity of a once highly useful and reliable tool into the trash heap of saving money by cutting support, not testing before rollout, and looking for as many confusing revenue sources as possible. It used to feel like a tuned sports car. Not so much anymore.
