Remote printing on Mac to PDF

I can remote print to my Mac (Yosemite) fine. I can't figure how to remote print straight to PDF or for a dialog to popup so I have the option to print to PDF.

I can't find a decent PDF printer for my MAC like I can on Windows.

For now I print then scan reports to PDF.

Any help appreciated.
