I have made our company an integration that transfers the following from the API to QuickBooks for Billable Time Entries:
-Session Times / Date
-Duration
-Employee
-Customer
-Company
- and Notes from the technician Survey.
It is pretty much done, but then I noticed while pulling some reports in the Admin Console that creating reports while the Channel is selected doesn't include all the sessions, as when I have the Technician Group selected. I think this might have something to do with some sessions coming from the web applet, and some coming from the calling card. How can I specify NODE to be Technician Group in the API, instead of Channel? We need all sessions from all sources.
