The remote computer's printer is defaulted to my local printer. (And I receive a pop-up notifying me of such when I first connect to the computer.) However, when I try to print, I receive the error message "The handle is invalid" and, of course, the print job fails.
I'm connecting Win7 to Win7, and both computers are using version 4.1.0.5220 dated June 15, 2015.
Logmein tech support provided me with a batch file to use on the remote computer and at one time it did succeed in fixing the problem. But, no longer.
Any suggestions out there?
