Billed twice

I was billed for both a small business subscription (10 computers) and an individual subscription (2 computers).  I only have access to two computers.  I agree with several other posts about their billing practices, or questionable billing practices.  I have sent a message and await their response.  No call back earlier today.  I only got a sales call trying to sell me another product,

This was the reply:

"As informed by my colleague, you have done the upgrade of your subscription directly in your account from 2 licenses of Pro to 10 licenses of Pro.  When you did this upgrade, the cost of your previous license (the Pro 2 licenses) was discounted from the price immediately to balance the costs.  You received a discount on the price from the upgrade of US $98.46.  Please let us know if you need further clarification."  Reply was from Yahaira.

 

Ok  So here's my issues:

1.  My invoice says "yearly subscription" and at no location does is say "upgrade" or "discount".

2.  I applied a coupon code from LogMeIn for the discounted price.  Code was given to me by support from a previous ticket.

3.  If the dicounted price absorbed the price already paid wouldn't that mean that the upgrade would be discounted by the total price previously charged which was $99 instead of $98.46? 

 

It does seems like they hastily charged me the $99 subscription and then when I inquired about upgrading they gave me a code, which was accepted and showed the appropriate discount, they do not want to honor now.  Instead they want to explain away the justification of having charged me twice.
