Disconnected - Your connection to the remote computer has been lost.

I have the following issu.

"your connection to the remote computer has been lost" but still I can do the file management on that computer? Why I cannot connect?

I was working fine upto last night(25/07/0215)

Can anyone help me, I'm desparate

I had a situation today where I was able to connect to the remote host main menu and file manager, but attempting a remote control session kept erroring out to the Disconnected screen. I switched the main menu from compact to detailed view and found on the Most Recent Accesses list that a remote control session from last night was showing as "still on".

After using the Computer Management/Reboot panel to "Restart LogmeIn" on the remote host, and then refreshing the LogMeIn Client to wait for the Online message to reset, I was able to connect with a remote control session again.

I have the same problem, except that I was connected up until an hour ago.

I chose to install Windows 7 updates, and LMI service is crashing on restart. Can do file transfers but no remote access.
