LMI very slow recently

About a few weeks ago, LMI started to become unusable due to slowness. Several users at work have noticed this. I've had to switch to GoToMyPC for us to work remotely.

Here's what happens:

LMI will connect, but after a few minutes, the mouse stutters and clicks take a few seconds to send. Then keystrokes are a few seconds behind. Then the "connection is slow" message pops up near the top.

I open another browser session and use GoToMyPC and it's blazing fast while LMI still says the connection to the host computer is slow.

Eventually, I simply close LMI and use GoToMyPC.

Any ideas? What's going on?

Thanks for the input! The office computers all appear online but it's just the connection that is so bad. At first I thought it was the remote ISP of the user, but the minute we tried GoToMyPC, it was fine. Then I saw the same thing from my place.

LMI used to work great, but not anymore.

Hopefully, there's an easy solution as I still feel LMI is better than GoToMyPC.

I've noticed a number of issues over the past 2/3 weeks with the LogMeIn Client registering that the computer is offline. I can browse the logmein website and login to the web interface but the client refuses to connect.

To be clear I'm connecting to a computer at work the issue is on multiple Mac's in different locations.

This may be unrelated but theres my 2pence worth.

The issue appears to resolve its self after 10-20 minutes but this isn't acceptable.
